Fill in the Exchange # on the front and spine and print your label
Label mounting instructions:
Spray “3M Super 77” (or similar) spray adhesive on the back of the label (don’t get any on the front of the label, “duh!”, then line up the “spine” part of the label (you’ll see it, I think) on the spine of the cardboard shell into which the cloth covered case slips (the folded over edges of the cardboard shell face the rear) and stick it down, then fold the front and back of the label over and adhere as you’d imagine.
